About Sansser

Who we are

Sansser is a small team in India, run by Rohan Kumar. You may know us as heysansser on Instagram, where we post short videos about AI tools. This site is where we keep the tools, guides, lessons and news behind those videos, so you can come back to them.

News articles carry Rohan's name, because they share his own view of the story. How-to guides and Academy lessons carry the Sansser name, because the whole team builds and checks them.

How we test

  • Tools and links. We install and run a tool before we share it. If it costs money, has a catch in its license or only works in some countries, we say so next to the link.
  • How-to guides. We run every step ourselves or check it against the official docs, and we write down the exact menu names. Each guide shows when we published it and when we last updated it.
  • News articles. We start from the source: the filing, the email, the code or the paper. Every article lists its sources at the end, so you can read them yourself.
  • Academy lessons. Where a lab shows a model's odds or attention, the numbers come from a real open model, GPT-2. Where a lab is a simulation, it says so.

How we use AI

We use AI tools, including Claude, to help us research, write, check and build this site. A second AI checks the facts in each article against its sources. Another check keeps the writing plain. A person reads every article before it goes live, and the views in news articles are Rohan's.

Our pictures start as real photos or our own drawings, which we turn into our green engraving and halftone style. Photos inside articles carry a credit with the photographer and license. We don't use AI to make fake photos of real people or events.

When we get it wrong

If you find a mistake, email hello@sansser.com with the page and what's wrong. We fix errors in the page itself and change its "updated" date, so you can see when something changed.
